I recently installed Brian Dunning's ChartMaker Pro 7 to add some pie charts and bar graphs to my database, but I am having a lot of trouble putting together a calculation to pull my data together.

I have drop down menu which contains the following selection: active, non-active, new, routing and on-hold. I would like to be able to create a pie chart the shows the number of jobs in the database for each. Is there a simple calculation to do this?

I really appreciate your help.
