I have a container I've setup as a button which allows users to Insert a File. Is there a way of only giving them the ability to insert PDFs?

Not as such, but you could have a script continue by checking if the inserted file's name ends with .pdf, and reject it if it doesn't.

I assume that everyone inserting these files is using their own copy of FMP and is not accessing via Instant Web publishing.

Is there any way that browser users would be able to insert content ( Pics, PDF etc) into a container?
