Auto-login to Online Application for Web Users

I have an IWP database which I want to auto-login as a guest and create a new record. It is an application to attend a summer program.

I have the solution all ready and hosted on my FMSA9, and I can access it through my iwp_home.html page, but I have to first login.

Is there a way to create a link from a web page which will automatically login as my WebGuest User and privilege set and go directly into the database, without turning on the option on the file to auto-login? I do still want to be able to access the database as admin and look through the applications - which is why I do not want to turn on the automatic login feature. Or maybe there is another way to do this?

Sorry if this is obvious - any help would be appreciated; I have been pouring through the forums and entries and cannot find anything like this, but I am sure it has been done!
