I have setup conditional formatting on a field which works fine

Value = Proposal (Field turns to Green)

How can i get the rest of the fields in the same record to turn green too please.

Try to block all the fields and right click and choose "conditional formatting."

Do the same condition as your first field. The easy method:

For your first field, Value = Proposal, so, for the rest of fields that you want to have green, make it like this:

Formula is [Your_firstField_Name] = "proposal"

Hope this is the thing that you want...

Edit: Do not forget to click "Green color" as you wish.
