I have my layout part set up for Footer, however, it does not show when I print. Why?

Check to make sure that the items that are in your footer do not have 'Do not print the selected Objects' checked.

you can find this option by seleting the items, and then going to the format Menu --> Set Sliding / Printing.

Thank you for your suggestion. I checked all my fields in the footer and none of them have "do not print this object" checked.

Is there anything else I could try?

Can you see the footer part in preview mode ?

Yes I am able to see the footer in preview mode, but not on the printed copy.

While in Layout Mode, open the Object Info window and click on the body label... How many pixel is its hight ( read that information into the Info window )?

And how many the footer part ?

And Header part ?

The max hight for a A4 paper is about 647 px , so header + body + footer must be < 647 !

I looked at the height of my footer, it's 0.292 in and the fields in the footer are 0.111, so it's definitely with in the size of the footer. When I'm in preview mode, the footer shows, but it just isn't on my printed hard copy.

And the help menu isn't helping.

I don't know what else to do?
