Closing a program using Send Event?

Hello,

Is there a way to close a program using send event? For example, I have a running program called "cmd.exe" on my memory. Could I have a plugins or send event to close it? I used "Moo plugins" to read the running process.

How about a send event of something like:

"taskkill notepad"
