Button Graphic Not Displaying

Recently I changed the graphic (gif) for several buttons. Normally, there is no problem. But when I downloaded the changes to my client on their PC the button displays a message that the graphic is missing and they see the button blank with that message displayed. The buttons work fine, but this has never happened before. The only buttons affected are the ones I changed in that day.

I have made many changes before but this has never happened. Anyone know what is going on or what should I do. I use the FM9 advanced to program and my client has FM9 Pro installed in all their user PC's. I have updated all to 9.0v3 and also the FM Server is updated. WOW, I am truly puzzled at this one. NEVER had a problem until today, well there's always a first I guess.
