Merge Fields

Not sure if this is the correct forum.

I have several number fields that are used for inputting Money Figures? ie. $24,500

How do i get Merge fields to display the format as above. When i place the merge field on a report for this field, i am only receiving 24500 with no Currency format etc.

Hi Sully

Select text box that contains the merge field in layout mode and you will be able to use the format menu>format number to set the numeric merge fields within that text block.
