bruceR
Safari 3.1 introduces a lot of new features; and FileMaker Webviwer is based on the underlying Webkit technology of Safari. I am wondering what this means to WebViwer. Faster javascript; OK, faster javascript. But this document: http://images.apple.com/safari/docs/Safari_Product_Overview.pdf Describes HTML5; CSS3 Fonts; CSS Animation; Off line Storage; etc. How does that affect us, what new things can we do? comment
How sure can we be that upgrading Safari upgrades the web viewer too? I used to think that the web viewer was merely an instance of the OS browser, but now I have some doubts: how else can one explain the differences between FM versions 8.5 and 9 under Windows?
