exporting a layout with grouped data to PDF

Featured Replies

I would like to export a layout that has grouped data (grouped by salesperson) into PDF so that the the "Sub Summary when sorted by" field shows. I am not sure if there is a way to do this or not.

I want to set-up a way to have our Admin Assistant be able to run a script for tomorrow's leads, group it by salesperson and time (which I have done), and then somehow put that into an e-mail to everyone. The only way I can figure to do this is by exporting it into a file and then e-mailing that file to everyone (done in a script). When I try to export though it does not give you the sub-group headers -- only the fields in the body. Any advice?

There may be an easier way in 8, but the way I would do this is by printing a report to PDF995 (or something similar) and then attaching it to the email.
