I am working on an invoice much like the one in the sales invoice in bps_Sales_Orders. Like a previous poster, my invoice only prints out the first Line Item, despite displaying more onscreen.

I am using a script and have tried every "Show only related records" option (including off), but it has made no difference to what gets printed, though what gets displayed onscreen does change.

One oddity of note: the script thinks it's on a web connection (it isn't). When I run the same script step, same computer, on bps_Sales_Orders, it does not have this problem. I did use Instant Web Publishing with the new database, but have since turned it off. Could this be affecting it somehow?

I'm not familiar with the template, but the standard approach to printing an invoice is to have your print layout based on the line items table. Typically, the print button on the Invoice From does a gtrr inv>invli related only.

Is your print set up to print Current Record, or Records being Browsed.

I.e., when you Print, there is an option to choose between the two.
