I was wanting to add a simple old .fp5 db to my server files. I opened the db with FMP9 to convert it to .fp7 format and then tried to use the "upload a database" function in Server. However the server fails to see the file. I can't find anything in any documentation about this. I thought the problem might be found with "sharing and permission" using get info, but I can't find anything wrong there. Any ideas anyone ?

Yesterday happened to me. When conversion happens if there is no .fp5 extension, fm10 seems to ignore it as well. Thus you may end with a no fp7 file... that seemed OK to me, to my mac. Later, when the win file shares such a file, simply it is not at net's disposal.

I converted again with the extension fp7 and all worked flawlessly.
