I use an email plugin together with a SMS to email service . When I receive a message there is a line space before the message text starts. The company I use for the sms to email service can't seem to get rid of this line space so I would like a field to format the message correctly. I have tried the Trim and TrimAll commands but they don't make any difference. Is there a way to solve this problem?

any help would be appreciated

bt the way . if I send an email from say, Outlook to the email address , there is no gap and everything is fine.
