I have a database with pilots names, aircraft flown, hours, etc. I am having a meeting tomorrow with some people in my dept and want to bring a list of this basic information. However, with the layout I made the 5 necessary fields are next to each other across the top of the page, which is what I want, but the layout only prints one record per page. I want to have multiple records per page so that I won't waste a million sheets of paper. How do I make it so that I can use multiple records per page?

Select "View as List" from the View menu.

If you want this printed you want to print "Records Being Browsed" not "Current Record"

If you are viewing it as a List and it still only shows one record per page make sure the body height is set as small as your row is set.
