How can I make a filed change text color based on input?

For example, if I type "red", the text "red" turns into red.

If not, do a search for +TEXT +CHANGE +COLOR (with the pluses as shown), and there are others. If you still need more, then very the search with things like Calculation, or Field, or Flag.
