Have File A with campers info including a field called qualify. Have File B with staff members also with a field qualify. For all campers and staff members that qualify (=yes), I want a combined alpha listing. I'm creating File C with the fields needed for the listing and planning on selecting all yes's for each of File A and File B and copying those records into File C in order to print them out together alpha. I have a feeling there's gotta be an easier way. Anybody?

By "copy" I assume you mean import? Import is the way to do it. Pretty easy IMO.

Or you could just import the staff into the campers file or v. versa and be done with it.
