Searching in Portal - Invalid Relationship

Featured Replies

I am trying to find something in a portal but when I put something in the related field (in the portal) and click "Find" the following message comes up:

"This operation cannot be performed because one or more of the relationships between these tables are invalid."

But in Browse Mode, I see info in the portal.... thoughts?!

Thanks in advance

What's in the portal and what are the keys in the relationship?

Can you find in the child table? Do you have a list view for the child table records?

Figured it out.

My calculation refers to a global field.

"01" & GlobalYear

but my calculation wasn't a global calc like it needs to be. I changed it and it worked.

Thanks bcooney :)
