Hello! I'm kind of an entry level user, and now have two layouts that will not print anything at all - not to pdf, preview, or to paper. The second layout was just a limited manual re-creation of the first scripted layout, but neither one prints. Looks good on the screen, though. Seen before, or recommendations? Thanks.

However, there is the possibility that you have all objects on the layout set to not print (Format Sliding).

Thought of another..do you have sub-summary parts on this layout? Is your sort order set to include the fields that are needed for the sub-summary part?

Figured out the problem not even 30 minutes ago ... printing preferences got stuck for FileMaker - but not other apps - printing only page 3. Printing only page 3 of a 2 page report gives you a blank sheet of paper from the printer.

Duh! Unobservant me.

Oh, that's a good one.

By the way, saved print settings can be a problem with FM (known bugs).
