Print problem. Just print page 1

Hi All!

When I use Print Preview I can see all 3 pages in the document but when I print it only page 1 come out.

What could be wrong?

This may seem like the first approach, but is your print setup correct? Make sure it's set to print all pages, not just page 1 to 1.
