Firstly when in my remote office connection to server admin console works fine. (FYI the two offices are connected via a hardware VPN).

Probs arise elsewhere.

1. Connecting from a third remote location the admin console start page loads and the java app installs but then stops and nothing further is loaded.

2. Computers on the local network get an error when connecting. After a certificate is requested get a dialog with "Unable to launch the application". Any thoughts or further info needed?

the following is the error log

Error: Unexpected exception: jave.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
