I got a question for Mac users...

Is there a way to place a file icon in the dock of a file that is hosted on an FM server?

I want my users to be able to directly open the file from the dock, instead of opening FM, then Open Remote File and so on.

You need what we call a "starter" file.

Create a Start.fp7

Make a script to open the file on the server

Make this script the start up script (see the file options)

Distribute the Start.fp7 to the users

Thank you for your quick answer. I've tried it right away, and it works fine!

Added a line in the script to close the starter file.
