July 24, 200817 yr We've had this old payment system that is not working well for us. The person who set it up, made 5 repeating fields. The pmt amt, the pmt date, the receipt number, the pmt method and finally the initials of the person who takes the pmt. As a result the daily reports are only based on the final value in each repeating field and has limited us greatly as to how we can run reports. I am wanting to set up a spread sheet in Filemaker with these 5 criteria but have no idea where to start. I also want a report that summarizes each five fields at the bottom of the report. Any help is appreciated in advance.
