We moved to a new server box, installing FMS 9 and updaters to 9.0v3. We served the files and all seems fine. Except when we open the Sharing, we see this in all the files and then everyone is disconnected. What the?

This implies that you have not opened the files in the FMP "host".

What do you mean? In FMS, we have opened all databases. They are seen by server as Normal and fine.

Okay, I guess I've just never looked at Sharing when opening remote when files are served. I've opened as test on several different FMS served files and they ALL show the same thing File: , so ....

never mind ... :blush2:

Now I ask you ... instead of it saying File: and freaking people out, why can't it say simply ... File: . I do not believe I'm the only one who would be concerned to see such a message instead of the usual file name here.

As for our problems? Still network issues...
