This little quirk has been bugging me for the longest time, and I think it's time I figure out how to stop it.

When opening some files, if I try to resize or move objects in layout mode, they seem to snap to a grid. When I create new layouts, it doesn't do this. Instead, it just resizes or moves by pixel, which is the way I want it.

Someone please tell me this is a setting you can turn on and off, and if it is, how can I turn it off?
