I would like to know if is there a way to import each filled cell in a sheet as a filled field in a record and each sheet as a new record ?...

Hi,

Yes you can do this.

Each ROW effectively becomes a record in the database.

From the file menu choose import, from excel and choose the sheet from the file (i.e if you have multiple sheets you will need to repeat this process for each sheet). Match up the column headings to the name of the fields and then import.
