how can i retrieve data from a fm database that is sat on an NT sever from our isp, it works fine locally, but not when we have uploaded our files, please help as our client does not want 2 use MS Access to recreate his database, but so far we can not retrieve the data from FM after it has been uploaded.

What does "sat on an NT server" mean in American English? wink.gif

If you just uploaded a FM database to a directory on your ISP's server, you can't open it. You must have your ISP host the database (run FileMaker and open the database file) on a server to which you have access by IP address. Access would have the same problem.
