Can anyone recommend a good book for learning VBscript? I am pretty familiar with VBA in Microsoft Excel if that will make any difference.

"VBScript in a Nutshell", published by O'Reilly. You can buy it used for a few bucks on Amazon. Has a tutorial, and a list of all VBS statements.

Before getting your reply, I had already ordered "VBScript Programmers Reference" published by Wrox. Got it used as well,and it looks good, too.

2 notes:

1) I always find "SOMELANGUAGE in 21 days" tutorials on the next to be be better than whole books though in same cases probably of the same length if not longer for some odd reason.

2) I suggest you look at jQuery which is a javascript library which will make your life a lot easier. Pre-existing javascript knowledge is optional though i guess useful.
