A while back someone told me you can design and save a solution with FM embedded invisibly behind the scenes so that your client wouldn't have to have FM installed on thier computer. But it is royalty free and cross platform. Note that the runtime does not have all of the features of the client; notable exceptions are that it is single user (no multi-user shared databases) and no ability to save to pdf.
