Developer "Help" script glitch

In my bound solution I've included both an "About" script and a "Help" script. The "About" script works beautifully.

The "Help" script works -- once. Then, when I close the Help file, the "Help" menu choice disappears. Even when I'm working from the main file, which is always open.

How can I keep the "Help" menu option available after closing the Help file? As I said, the main solution file is always open, so that's not the problem.
