Hi.

I'm building a solution for my clients and I was thinking how could I make some kind of master file that's store the company's name, logo, home address, telephone number etc. that is used then in related files, printouts etc.

Is it possible to use global field?

Thanks,

Ok you are thinking way to much here. You actually stated your answer right in your question.

You simply use a "master" file, or more properly this is your "Company" file or perhaps your "Contact" file. You would have a unique ID for each record in this file, and the same ID would appear in each of the related records. You can then access any of the "master" records simply via a relationship between these two IDs.
