Hi,

Sorry for posting this...but I just cant find an answer via searching topics.

I thought I had done this in the past, either I had not or I forgot how (I havent used FM in quiet some time).

Anyway, all I am attempting to do is find all records older than a year and then delete them.

I have a Date Entered field to show the date the record was created and that is what I need to do the find on.

Hi Jim,

Enter Find Mode [ ]

Set Field [ DateEntered ; "<" & Get ( CurrentDate ) - 365 ]

Perform Find [ ]

Once again I thank you...I quit using FM for a while and have just started again, and I can't beleive how much I have forgotten in such a short time.
