Help-Need to create a button that adjusts font and size of text with one click

I recently started using FileMaker to organize my notes. I've created a customized form that I like a lot. The one thing I can't figure out how to get around is that whenever I bring in text from other parts of my computer, I have to adjust the font and size individually. I would love to create a button so that I could select the new text in the form, click the button once, and have it all uniform in terms of size and font. Is this possible? Help please!

This doesn't need a script at all, just put an autoenter with the update chosen saying:

TextFormatRemove ( Self )

...underneath each field recieving the pastes!

--sd

Go into Define Fields and set your text field to an Auto-Entered Calculation. The calc should be TextFormatRemove(fieldname). Make sure to uncheck the Do Not Replace Contents checkbox.

This will strip the text of outside formatting after you paste it in.

Thanks so much. I'm having some trouble finding "Define Fields". I just started using this program and am not very sure of where everything is. Would appreciate a little more advice.

Thanks again!
