December 11, 200817 yr Newbies Apologies if this has already been addressed. In the Contact Management template of Filemaker 9 I want to send a broadcast email to a found set of contacts. The Send Mail pull down menu does not allow me to personalize the email body with both and then text data following it. I can do one or the other, but not both. The Email Campaign Management template allows this but not Contact Management... which is the preferred template for my needs. Is there a simple way to work around this?
December 11, 200817 yr Go into the Send Email Script: Script->ScriptMaker->Send Email->Edit Double click on the Script Command (Send Mail) When the Email Box opens click on the arrow to the right of the message box and choose "Specify by Calculation."
