Sorting a Portal

Hey Everyone.

Could anyone explain to me how to sort a portal?

I have two databases connect via "x" relationship. I want to be able to sort the portal by month and I would also like to make some sort of button or something to only show the top 5 recent records.

Does anyone know how to do these things?

You sort a portal by selecting it and choosing Format>Portal Setup. If you sort it by date created desc, and only show 5 portal rows, then you're done.
