rufuspoofus Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Does Filemaker support superscripts and subscripts? I am making a value list that has squared values and want them to display normally not with ^2.
Søren Dyhr Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Sure, otherwise would this not make sense: http://fmhelp.filemaker.com/fmphelp_10/en/html/func_ref2.32.65.html --sd
comment Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 You can format text as superscript/subscript either manually (Format > Style > ...) or in a calculation using the TextStyleAdd() function.
rufuspoofus Posted March 12, 2009 Author Posted March 12, 2009 Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it
rufuspoofus Posted March 16, 2009 Author Posted March 16, 2009 I tried using the suggestions given to me, and none of them worked, I am trying to add a superscript to a value in a value list, and filemaker is not letting me format those values.
comment Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 No, THAT won't work. But you could define the value list to 'Show values from field...'.
