The word "spreed" appears irregularly on the right side of posts, at least when I view them.

What does it mean?

I played with it out of curiosity as well. If you highlight the words in a post and then open spreeding (which seems to stand for speed reading), it lets you speed read. I use it quite a bit since I discovered it - on long posts, I get though them in half the time!

I was hoping to get the java script to use the users post body as the data for the spreed script. - the developer doesn't have a downloadable version as of yet.

So for posts that have more than 250 characters you will see the spreed link in the upper right hand corner, just select a bit if text (or a novel) and then click the link it will allow you to read posts at over 300 words per minute - after some tweaking of settings you can actually consume more dialog and actually may retain more what you are reading when you read text in this fashion.
