It fell under the category of getting data out so here it is.

I am having problems printing PDF's.

I have a memo field that allows you to enter descriptive text after performing a sort. This text field helps quickly explain the differences from report to report.

Sometimes the data in this text field shows up when the PDF is printed and sometimes it does not. This is completely random.

For what it is worth, when I look at the folder that holds the PDFs sometimes the file size is listed as ZERO K. When I close and open the folder it shows back up as a 60K file, but still no memo in the field.

Any ideas about what might cause this erratic behavior?

Not enough information here, but I'll venture a wild guess: the memo needs to be a global field.
