How to UN-group from keyboard

This is kind of a simple question but I can't figure it out.

When grouping objects you hit the [command] + [R].

In order to [color:red]un-group (according to drop down menu) you hit [arrow] + [command] + [R].

Nothing happens when I combine these keys.

Is there more than one arrow key?

I'm grouping & un-grouping all the time and this is getting a bit annoying. What am I missing?

It's Shift, not arrow.
