Fill Field with Color if status changes to Approved

I have a "status Field", and i created a new field, that i would like to fill Green is the Status Field gets change to "approved" (drop down List) or Red, if the Status Field gets turn to "Not Approved"

any ideas how to do this.

First condition formula: status = "Approved". Fill color green

Second Condition formula: status = "Not Approved". Fill color red
