Script to go to a desired TAB

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a layout with few tabs, when I create a new record I would like it to go to the first tab, how can I do that in script?

Thanks in advance.

Garu

Withe the version you're on should you splay a repeating fields cells over the various tabs and then use the script step:

Go To Next Field[

...the tab order in a loop using the info from this:

...in the control structure of the looping.

Sorry, i haven't update my profile. I'm actually using FMP 8.5 now, is there an easy way to do it on this version?

Why didn't you just update your Profile?

To Change your PROFILE.

Go to the Menu above, Click on "[color:blue]MY PROFILE" >> "[color:blue]Control Panel" >> "[color:red]FileMaker Questions"
