What would be you structure for this?

Hi,

I would like to know how you would structure the following "Excel" table :o

sshot35.th.jpg

This represent features of a new house and what percentage of the feature has been built.

Here's how it works :

The house inspector goes on the field and check what progess have been done and enter the progress in the value column.

Structure explanation :

The type columns represent the type of house inspected. For example : Type 1 is a 2 stories house and type 2 is a single story.

The value columns is the construction progress of the feature. It cannot be higher than the selected type value.

Here are the constraints :

- There could be new building categories.

- The sum of the weight column is 100.

- There could be as many inspection as needed.

- All the features are mostly fixed. Except, there could be more added in time.

This is just a small example, since the real one is bigger and in french:

I'd suggest you do a search for "survey".
