How do I get Excel downloads to reflect the PDF download?

I have a database that lists projects that can have multiple people tied to the project . I would like to have a way to create one row for each project and list all of the people tied to the project. In PDF it looks okay, but when I download to Excel I get blank lines. I am currently using a portal to display the multiple people. There might be another way to display the results without using a portal, but I did not know how to do that. Different views attached.

Actually, I see "blank" lines in the PDF file as well.

If you have multiple people tied to a project, then I'm assuming that you have a join table between projects and people and this table is called "Candidates?"

Try creating the report from a layout based on the Candidates (TO) table and bringing in the parent Project data as needed.
