some files are missing from open remote dialog

I have FMS 10 hosted on a powerpc G5 mac. I just uploaded a bunch of files from a converted solution. Some of the files show in the Open Remote dialog of FM10A, but many of the files do not show in the dialog.

What are the possible reasons for this?

Do any of the files have the 'Do not display in open remote' checked under File Sharing options?
