Is it possible to use a wildcard to add attachments to my SMTP script? My goal is to add any file from a specified folder without having to add the entire file name, because the file names will change on a daily basis. I thought I could use *.* or *.pdf or *.doc. This would enable me to add these files by simply putting them into a folder....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I dont understand. How will it know which file to attach if there are multiple files in that directory?

FM Send Mail does not support multiple attachments. You'll need a plugin if that's where you're heading.
