Hi,

Can we deploy Runtime fileMaker solution to filemaker server.

Thanks,

Deepak

FileMaker Server can host your runtime solution, however it does not circumvent the requirement that you need FileMaker Pro running on each machine you wish to access the solution.

Dr. D is correct. And please also remember that you'll likley have to register the runtime data files' extension with FileMaker Server to get Server to open them automatically.

I dont often do this to members but in this case I am willing to make an exception...

You REALLY NEED TO RTFM. You have had so many developers tell you here and especially on TECHNET to read the manual and yet you do not.

You waste people's time with your posts on trying to figure out how to circumvent the system and screw FileMaker Inc on licenses that you should pay for.

If do not want to spend the money, FMI gives you that option... Its called IWP or CWP (if you dont know what that is I suggest you RTFM but I know you wont anyway). Why should you have all the benefits of only buying one copy of client? That is FMI's business model and if you dont like it, then use another product.

Strop trying to figure out a way to screw them over by asking FileMaker developers for a work around. Most likely you will not be getting the answer in forums dedicated to a product that you are trying to screw over.
