Formatting based on Items Scheduled

Featured Replies

I have a daily calendar that's linked to our service ticket table. Sometimes more than one item is scheduled at the same time, it's okay if multiple items are scheduled on the same service ticket number. But there is a conflict if multiple items are scheduled at the same time for more than one service ticket.

For example:

Ticket 123 Termite Insp 9 am

Ticket 123 Home inspection 9am

Ticket 456 Termite 9 am

I want the field to go red or add an asterisk, something so I know that there is a scheduling conflict. The scheduling conflict would be ticket 456. I can conditionally format when there are multiple items at that time but I want to do it based on the unique identifer.

I'm not sure if I explained this correctly. Any help is always greatly appreciated!

Try a self-join relationship like:

Events::Time = Events 2::Time

AND

Events::Ticket ≠ Events 2::Ticket
