I'd like to create a calculation field that will show the number of records in the found set where another field has the same value.

Is this your real data situation? Could you let us know the actual fields that you have? I doubt that you could generate an account count based on addresses? Is there any other field that might tie together records?

You will probably end up with a sub-summary report.
