Reducing File Size with global fields

Hi there

In order to reduce the file size over the years, I stored buttons and other objects in global fields in my main file. Through a constant calc field, I used objects in other files. This reduces the file size. That worked fine but there is one problem. Empty files will not display objects until there is at least one record. How can I avoid this problem?

Don't think you can.

Why is it a problem?

When you start using an empty database and buttons don't display properly, it will look confusing.
