Greg Hains Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 Hi. Is it possible using the trickier aspects of ToolTips to create an OnMouseOver effect found in HTML. I was thinking along the lines of using the tool tip to copy an alternative graphic into a field (being used as a button), then revert it back when the cursor moves away. Any thoughts? Greg
amgdba Posted August 20, 2009 Posted August 20, 2009 To date, FM only supports text within tool tips, and mouse over event triggers are not supported. (Unless something very big has escaped my attention in the product.) Now there was a plug in, Mouse Grabber I think it was, that had many mouse over features. Don't know if its still around or supported.
hbrendel Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 Yes, but this text is the result of a calculation. In this calculation you might trigger a script using a plug-in like EventScript or DoScript. I never did this myself. I'm curious what would happen if the resulting text were empty... This does not cover the onMouseLeave event
