I was asked a question on a support forum for Non-Profit businesses about displaying grandchildren records rolled up to a child record via a portal.

Here is the desired result:

This is on a Parent of Donor...

donations portal (the date is the child, the breakdown of the donation amount are the grandchildren):

2008, $50

membership: $25 silver (renewal)

merchandise: $10 one t-shirt, $15 one book

2009, $100

membership: $50- gold (upgrade)

merchandise: $25- two t-shirts, $25- three books

My first thought was to use the List function but that wouldn't give the desired effect of grouping the data, but I am not sure there is another way to accomplish the desired design.

Any ideas?
